When the adoptee was born outside of Puerto Rico, the Clerk of the Court shall also notify the Registry of Vital Statistics of Puerto Rico through two (2) certified copies of the judicial adoption decree. In that case, the judicial decree shall also contain instructions for a copy thereof to be forwarded immediately and without delay to the Registry of Vital Statistics of the place of registry of the adoptee.
