This Registry shall contain the following information:\n(a) Case number.\n(b) Parties to the case.\n(c) Names of the legal representatives of both parties.\n(d) Causes of action.\n(e) Amounts claimed.\n(f) Amount adjudicated or agreed on.\n(g) Judicial provisions regarding the case.\n(h) Date of the final resolution of the case.\nHistory —Jan. 1, 2003, No. 1, § 4, eff. 180 days after Jan. 1, 2003.
