The rights under this chapter shall be freely transferable and descendible property rights, in whole or in part, to any person or incorporated entity by written transfer, including, but not limited to, a signed agreement among the parties, powers, licenses, donations, and wills, or by intestate succession.\nHistory —July 13, 2011, No. 139, § 5.
