All applications made under the provisions of this chapter shall be filed in the part of the of First Instance Court of Puerto Rico in whose territorial jurisdiction the parties or any of them reside, and shall be held summarily, upon the summons provided by law.\nHistory —May 8, 1951, No. 376, p. 896, § 2, eff. 90 days after May 8, 1951.
