Title V, §§ 790 to 839, inclusive, and § 487 of the Revised Law of Civil Procedure for Spain and Overseas (Novísima Ley de Enjuiciamiento Civil para España y Ultramar), promulgated by Royal Decree of February 3, 1881, are hereby expressly repealed. The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to arbitration agreements between employers and employees, which shall continue to be governed by §§ 61-76 of Title 29 and by any other act that may be approved to regulate the arbitration of the problems between employers and employees, nor to the arbitration and decision of referees established by the Code of Civil Procedure.\nHistory —May 8, 1951, No. 376, p. 896, § 29, eff. 90 days after May 8, 1951.
