The trustee may only exercise the powers:(a) Granted by the trustor to him in the trust instrument; and(b) granted by law, provided they are necessary and convenient to fulfill the purposes of the trust, unless such powers are prohibited by the terms thereof.If the trustor grants the trustee discretion in the exercise of a particular power, such exercise shall not be subject to judicial review unless it is to prevent abuse of the discretion granted.
