Trust income is the proceeds, in money or in kind, from the use of the principal.The trust principal is composed of the trust property allocated by the trustor, or another person with the power to do so, to be delivered to the beneficiary of principal provided that, until they are to be delivered, any income generated by such property is delivered to or accumulated for the income beneficiary.
