If, under the same circumstances of § 3353u of this title, the third-party acquirer in bad faith has disposed of the assets, said acquirer may be compelled to:(a) Return the proceeds of their sale and the income received from such assets and the product of their sale;(b) return the proceeds of their sale with interest, plus the income received before the sale thereof;(c) pay the value of the assets as of the time the judgment was entered, plus the income generated therefrom; or(d) pay the value of the assets as of the time of disposability thereof, plus interest.The beneficiary shall encumber the assets, or the proceeds of their disposition, to guarantee they can be reclaimed.
