The Secretary of Justice, a cotrustee, or a person with a special interest in the fulfillment of the trust’s purposes may enforce such charitable trust by exercising the remedies provided for in this chapter.An entity with purposes similar to those of the trust shall have standing to request the removal of a trustee for substantial breach of trust, and its own appointment as successor trustee.
