The order of cancellation made by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, shall be communicated to the Secretary of Justice of Puerto Rico, to the Secretary of the Treasury of Puerto Rico and to the part or parts of the Court of First Instance where this cancellation shall have been petitioned. The order of cancellation issued by the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, with all necessary requirements, shall fully serve to cancel the corresponding inscription in the registry of property.\nHistory —Mar. 9, 1911, No. 69, p. 224, § 6, eff. 30 days after Mar. 9, 1911.
