The sum of fifty-three thousand five hundred and forty (53,540) dollars is hereby appropriated to the Department of Justice for the fiscal year 1952-53, from any available funds in the Commonwealth Treasury.\nFor succeeding fiscal years there shall be appropriated in the General Budget of Expenses to carry on the Commonwealth Government, such sums as may be deemed necessary for the enforcement of the provisions of §§ 1740-1747 of this title.\nHistory —May 12, 1952, No. 384, p. 760, § 7, eff.
