It shall be the obligation of the clerk of any of the Sections or Parts of the Court of First Instance, whenever the person in whose favor a judgment has been pronounced, or his/her agent, attorney or assignee, request it, to issue and deliver to such petitioner, through the payment of a fee of fifty (50) cents for each certification under seal and forty (40) cents per copy of additional folios that comprise the abstract of said judgment, duly certified and officially signed by said clerk, and stamped with the seal of the corresponding Section or Part of the Court of First Instance, if available.\nHistory —Mar. 8, 1906, p. 93, § 1; Feb. 16, 1996, No. 11, § 1, eff. 60 days after Feb. 16, 1996.
