When the abstract provided for in §§ 1801-1804 of this title is presented to the registrar of property of any district for record, he shall file the same in his office, and shall immediately record it in the judgment record, noting on such record the date and hour of such entry, and shall also at the same time index such abstract upon the index provided for in § 1804 of this title.
