The judgment record and the index provided by §§ 1801-1813 of this title, shall be open to inspection by the public at all times during office hours without charge, and copies in pencil may be made by anyone of such record and index; and the registrar may issue certified copies from such record, and shall charge a fee of fifty cents for each copy so certified.\nHistory —Mar. 8, 1906, p. 93, § 7, eff. 90 days after Mar. 8, 1906.
