The registry books provided by the foregoing section shall be uniform in all the registries of the Commonwealth, neatly bound and folioed and ruled in such a manner as to have separate spaces for the registration of the number of the case, dates of the presentation and registration of the certificate, showing the hour, the day, the month and the year of such registration, the description of the property, showing the name, location, area and boundaries of such property, the name of the debtor, amount due for unpaid taxes, penalties and costs, the date of the attachment and also the date of the certificate and of the cancellation of the same; and each one of said registry books shall have attached thereto an alphabetical index showing the names of the attachment debtors of the Commonwealth Treasury for due and unpaid taxes.\nHistory —Mar. 15, 1909, p. 92, § 2, eff.
