Whenever a certificate of attachment of real property in favor of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, shall be presented for registration in the proper registry of property, it shall be the duty of the registrar to present the same in the registry of attachments created by §§ 1841-1847 of this title, corresponding to the municipal district where the property attached is situated; and the registrar shall register the said certificate at once, making the proper entry in the index of the book. After the said registration is made the certificate shall be returned to the person presenting it, with a note showing the folio and the book where the entry has been made.\nHistory —Mar. 15, 1909, p. 92, § 3, eff.
