The Corps of Registrars shall have the following purposes:\nFirst:— To encourage communication among the Registrars and strengthen the bonds of unity and fellowship among them.\nSecond:— To propose to the Administrative Director of the Registry the adoption of measures to consolidate registry practices and collaborate in the efficient management of the Property Registry.\nThird:— To encourage cultural and scientific activities within the field of Civil and Mortgage Law.\nFourth:— Any other purpose determined by its bylaws or entrusted thereto by the Secretary of Justice.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 13.
