The Registrars shall keep the indexes up-to-date in order to ensure the efficient operation of the Registry, as provided by Regulations, and each Registry section shall have its own set of indexes, without preventing the Administration from keeping a general card index using dividers or any other mechanical means.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 37.
