Notwithstanding the provisions in § 2201 of this title, the following shall be excepted from registration:\n1st. Property in the public domain or use, as referred to in §§ 1024 and 1025 of Title 31, as long as it is devoted to public or general use.\n2nd. Easements imposed by law for common public use.\n3rd.
