Should any real property or any part thereof excluded from registration under the preceding section change in nature and thereby become private property, it must be registered in accordance with this subtitle.\nConversely, should private real property or any part thereof acquire any characteristic listed in the preceding section, said change shall be annotated accordingly.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 40.
