A request for registration in the Registry may be made indiscriminately by:\n(a) A person who acquires the right.\n(b) A person who conveys the right.\n(c) A person who is interested in securing the right to be registered.\n(d) A person representing any of the above, it being deemed that the person who presents documents at the Registry for the purpose of applying for a registration, even though said person acts as the verbal agent of an interested party, shall be included.
