After having recorded that part of the loan in the Registry for which each of the mortgaged properties or rights is liable, restitution may only be claimed against them with prejudice to a third party for the amount they are respectively affected, and that amount corresponding to interest, in accordance with the provisions in the preceding sections.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 171.
