The forecloser shall request from the Registrar, and submit to the Court a certification with a later date than that of the notation in the Registry, which shall contain the following details:\n(a) The present titleholders of the property.\n(b) A list of all the encumbrances, liens, real rights and notations which affect the properties, specifying the names of the respective titleholders, the amount of the secured obligation, the interest rate and the maturity date or dates.\n(c) A statement that the mortgage lien which is about to be foreclosed continues to exist and does not appear cancelled nor pending cancellation, according to the Day Book.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 209.
