Once the conveyance deed of the mortgaged property or right is granted at the request of the successful bidder, the Court shall order the cancellation of the entries in the Property Registry which are in order, including those made in behalf of the person who recorded his right after the date of notation of the procedure to which § 2709 of this title refers.\nHistory —Mortgage Law, 1979, § 231.
