The following functions and activities are hereby transferred to the General Services Administration:1. The Governor’s responsibility for the administration of the Program for the Preservation and Disposal of Public Documents in the Executive Branch and the function of the Bureau of the Budget regarding advice on the administration of the records.2. The power of the Governor to authorize the lease of office space and the technical aid which the Bureau of the Budget renders to the agencies on such leases.
