The Cinematic Development Corporation is hereby attached to the Department of Economic Development and Commerce, created by Act No. 27 of Aug. 22, 1974. The Executive Director of the Corporation shall answer directly to the Secretary and shall render the reports required of him/her. The Secretary shall submit a report to the Governor and the Legislature, together with the budget petition corresponding to Fiscal Year 1995-96, that includes, without it being understood as a limitation, specific measures that are pertinent to the adequate functioning and operation of this body.
