The Economic Development Administration is hereby attached to the Department, and shall operate under Act No. 423 of May 14, 1950. The Administrator shall answer directly to the Secretary and shall render the reports that are required of him/her. The Governor shall appoint the Administrator with the advice and consent of the Senate and shall fix his/her salary.The Industrial Development Company, attached to the Economic Development Administration, shall operate under §§ 271—303 of Title 23.
