The collections in excess of the estimates of revenues, if any, that are received in a determined fiscal year shall be transferred to the Urgent Interest Fund to be used as provided in the Act that created said Fund.\nHistory —May 25, 2006, No. 103, § 6, eff. July 1, 2006.
