It shall be the public policy of the Government of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico to eliminate the use of public funds for the payment of cellular phones, including electronic equipment with integrated cellular phone, as provided through the approval of an act or executive order to such effect.\nHistory —May 25, 2006, No. 103, § 16, eff.
