This legislation, as well as all procedures required thereunder by no means shall limit or restrict the obligations, responsibilities, capacities and prerogatives conferred to the Legislature by the Constitution of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the Budget Act or any other applicable law or regulation in the evaluation of the budget.\nHistory —May 25, 2006, No. 103, § 23, eff.
