This chapter shall be applicable to all agencies whose budget is, in whole or in part, chargeable to the General Fund on the effective date of this act. The Judicial and Legislative Branches shall be exempted from the application of this chapter, as well as the government agencies and government instrumentalities excluded by § 1461e of this title, known as the 'Public Service Human Resources Administration Act of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico'; Provided, however, That the Office of the Governor itself shall be subject to the application of this chapter. The Office of the Special Independent Prosecutor Panel shall also be exempted from the application of this chapter.\nThe Office of Management and Budget shall prepare and publish a list of the affected agencies by using the criteria established in this chapter, within a term of five (5) calendar days as of the effective date of this act.\nHistory —Mar. 9, 2009, No. 7, § 34; July 10, 2009, No. 37, § 45.
