To construe this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning stated below:\n(a) Agency.— Any department, office, bureau, commission, board, administration, authority, instrumentality, or public corporation that has no issued bonds, or any other body of the Executive Branch.\n(b) Council.— The Executive Branch Modernization Council created under this chapter.\n(c) Reorganization plan or plans.— A reorganization proposal submitted by the Council to the Governor, and by the latter, to the Legislative Assembly for its consideration, which includes the detailed terms and conditions of the reorganization of one or various agencies, in accordance with the procedure established in this chapter.\n(d) Third sector.— Nonprofit, community, faith-based, and secular organizations.\nHistory —Dec. 17, 2009, No. 182, § 2.
