The Council shall receive technical and administrative support as necessary from the Office of Management and Budget to discharge the responsibilities entrusted to it under this chapter. The Council or personnel onto whom it delegates shall have access, upon previous coordination with the heads of the agencies, to the physical facilities of such agencies, their personnel, and documents, records, or information systems, as it may deem necessary, to carry out its duties. Likewise, the Council may request heads of agencies to assign any personnel that it deems can collaborate with it in carrying out its mission; such employees shall keep the rights they enjoy in their respective regular jobs.\nFurthermore, the Council may request free advice from any public official with experience or expertise in any of the issues under its consideration.\nHistory —Dec. 17, 2009, No. 182, § 6.
