No reorganization plan or plans shall provide and no reorganization adopted under this chapter shall have the effect of:\n(a) Extending the term of existence of an agency beyond the term authorized by law or beyond the term in which it would have ceased to exist if it were not for the reorganization;\n(b) extending any function beyond the term prescribed by law, or beyond the date on which it would have ceased if it were not for the reorganization;\n(c) extending the term set by law for any office, and\n(d) affecting the vested rights of the employees of the reorganized agencies, in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 7 of March 9, 2009.\nHistory —Dec. 17, 2009, No. 182, § 9.
