The Office shall draft an annual report on the evaluations, studies, audits, and interventions carried out in government entities, municipalities, or nonprofit entities within the three (3) months following the close of the fiscal year.\nSaid report shall contain findings and recommendations resulting from the audits, evaluations, studies, and interventions carried out in government entities; including corrective action plans to be implemented regarding the deficiencies found.\nHistory —Apr. 16, 2010, No. 42, § 9.
