The Office of the Inspector General of the Government of Puerto Rico shall operate during the current fiscal year with the budget of the Operational Auditing Program of the Office of Management and Budget. For subsequent years, the budget of the Office shall be included in the General Budget for Operating Expenses of the Government of Puerto Rico. To such effect, the Director of the Office of the Inspector General shall annually submit to the Office of Management and Budget the budget request for operating expenses of the Agency.\nHistory —Apr. 16, 2010, No. 42, § 16.
