Any retirement annuity under § 8883(b) of this title shall be deemed to be a life annuity and shall be payable biweekly, and the same may not be reduced, revoked or repealed, except when granted by mistake. Such annuity shall not be subject to the periodical three (3)-percent triennial raise provided for in §§ 761 et seq. of this title, or any other law. In the case of employees who have chosen to avail themselves of the provisions of § 8883(c) of this title, their pension shall be subject to the three-percent-triennial-raise, in accordance with §§ 761 et seq. of this title.\nHistory —July 2, 2010, No. 70, § 9.
