Those employees who wish to participate in the Program shall opt for the same during the opting period. Employees interested in availing themselves of the Program shall complete the option form to be provided by the agency and file the same personally with the Human Resources Office of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico during the opting period. Each appointing authority shall approve every option form submitted by employees of its agency.
