Each appointing authority shall submit, within sixty (60) days as of the conclusion of any opting period, a report to the Program Administrator, ORHELA and the OMB containing the number of employees who opted to avail themselves of the Program and the budgetary impact of such action. The Administrator shall submit a yearly report to the Legislature showing the number of employees participating in the Program, the budgetary impact of such participation, and compliance with the provisions of this chapter. The Administrator shall gather all the information obtained from the agencies and submit a final report to ORHELA and the Legislature within sixty (60) days as of the conclusion of the term for the agencies to submit their reports to the Administrator.\nHistory —July 2, 2010, No. 70, § 20.
