All strategic plans, annual performance plans, and program performance reports of each agency of the Government of Puerto Rico shall be available on the webpage of the Office of Management and Budget and of each of the agencies so that any citizen is able to analyze and review such plans.\nLikewise, the Office of Management and Budget shall file a copy of all the strategic plans, annual performance plans, and program performance reports submitted by the agencies with the Office of the Clerk of the House of Representatives and the Office of the Secretary of the Senate.\nHistory —Dec. 30, 2010, No. 236, § 7, eff. 60 days after Dec. 30, 2010.
