Program contribution deductions shall begin on January 1, (2011), at the latest. The Program’s Administrator shall establish procedures for Program participation. The Administrator, upon previous authorization of the Government Development Bank for Puerto Rico, may open a thirty (30)-day window on Fiscal Years 2011-12 and 2012-13 so that the employees of eligible agencies who did not enroll in the Program during the initial period, namely, on or before January 1, (2011), may do so.\nHistory —Dec. 30, 2010, No. 243, § 5.
