The Protocol for Investigating Incidents of Sexual and Gender-Based Harassment and for Filing Criminal Action shall apply to all employees, including Directors, Managers, and/or Supervisors of government agencies.\nThe Department of Justice, the Puerto Rico Police, and the Municipal Police shall establish, notify, and apply policies against harassment, sexual and gender- based harassment, notwithstanding the fact that §§ 155 et seq. of Title 29 expressly establishes said duty.\nHistory —Apr. 13, 2011, No. 61, § 5, eff. 90 days after Apr. 13, 2011.
