The Department of Health is hereby designated as the Commonwealth agency which is to cooperate with the federal government, through its corresponding agency, in establishing and maintaining adequate public-health services, in accordance with the provisions of Title VI of the Federal Social Security Act, approved August 14, 1935, and as said Act of Congress may be subsequently amended; and the said Department is hereby authorized to administer all the funds which may be placed at its disposal by the federal or Commonwealth Government or by any political subdivision thereof, or funds from other sources, for such purposes.
