Every member of the Governing Boards of the Subsidiary Corporations shall be elected by the Assembly of Delegates from among its members. No member of the Executive Committee or the Ethics Committee may be a member of the Governing Boards of the Subsidiary Corporations.\nThese directors shall be elected initially as provided below:\n(1) One third (1/3) for a four (4)-year term.\n(2) One third (1/3) for a three (3)-year term.\n(3) One third (1/3) for a two (2)-year term.\nSubsequent members of the Board of Directors of the Subsidiary Corporations shall be elected two (2) years after the elections for a term of (4) years, and in the event of a vacancy, the person elected to fill the vacancy shall hold office for the remainder of the term.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 9.
