Any official or employee, who maliciously resigns from office with the intent to defraud the Association without having paid off any debt therewith, shall be guilty of fraudulent misrepresentation and punished in accordance with the provisions of the Penal Code.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 14.
