The Executive Committee may declare due and payable any obligation, at any time before maturity, if there are sufficient grounds to believe that the debtor shall resign or be removed from office and, in that case, the amount of the debt or the appropriate amount shall be deducted from the debtor’s salary by the head of the corresponding entity.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 15.
