When a permanent employee or officer of any government entity is already covered by the benefits of the Association and temporarily accepts or is appointed to a Commonwealth Government office of less, equal, or higher classification than the one he/she holds, said employee or officer shall always be deemed to be a member of the Association, for all intents and purposes.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 22.
