It is hereby provided that the life insurance benefits shall continue to be in effect and a new insured years of service insurance policy is hereby created in lieu of the physical disability insurance.\nFor purposes of the Association’s accounting system, a separate fund is hereby created for the insured years of service insurance policy.\nMembers who are insured at the time this act takes effect shall continue to be covered by the insurance benefits as they are, but their physical disability benefits shall be substituted for the insured years of service benefits.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 26.
