The Assembly of Delegates, through a proposal submitted by the Executive Committee, is hereby empowered to grant advances chargeable to the amount of the benefit to be paid from the Savings and Loan Fund when the Insurance Fund lacks resources therefor. The Insurance Fund shall pay to the Savings and Loan Fund the interest on these advances at the rate determined by the Executive Committee, but in no case an interest higher than the legal rate shall be charged.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 36.
