Any amount that, for any reason, belongs or must be delivered to an employee entitled to the benefits of this chapter, or to his/her beneficiaries or legal heirs, as the case may be, is hereby declared fully exempt from taxes, attachment, or execution; except that, when such employee is indebted to the Association for a loan, surety, or any other obligation, such amount shall be applied to the partial or full payment of such debt.\nHistory —Apr. 25, 2013, No. 9, § 45.
